Dolan Olson - New F&B Director at Trilogy at Vistancia

PEORIA, ARIZONA – “The Best in the West,” Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, has brought Dolan Olson on as its new Food and Beverage Director. With more than 10 years of restaurant management experience, Dolan brings high level of standards to Trilogy.
For the past 3 years, Dolan has been the Food and Beverage Director at Seville Golf and Country Club. Before Dolan was at Seville, he was a manager in the food and beverage operation at the Pointe Hilton at Tapatio Cliffs for 7 years. Dolan’s move isn’t just professional but also personal as he resides with his wife and 3 daughters in the West Valley.
